Terms and conditions

  1. Reports are prepared within three days after a confirmed receipt of the request. For urgent cases, please indicate this in your request.
  2. All requests must be paid in advance via a bank transfer.
  3. Note that we don't accept requests for interpreting ultrasound images. Ultrasound is a diagnostic method that heavily depends on the operator's skills and the technical specifications of the equipment (a so-called "operator & machine-dependent" method). This makes interpreting ultrasound images more challenging, increasing the risk of missing crucial information, which could lead to an incorrect diagnosis.
  4. In addition to diagnostic imaging studies, you can send us all para-clinical tests, examination protocols, photos, and video materials that may aid in reaching a final diagnosis.
